With methods as close to traditional French croissants as you can make them for gluten free, these are as close to traditional croissants as you can find in Australia, and you can taste the love and dedication that Anita has put in creating, making them unique to AWPC.

To enjoy your croissant at home, pre heat your oven to 160c, place your croissant on a tray and warm for 16-17 min. Allow the croissant to cool for 5 min on a cooling rack and enjoy.

Can be frozen for up to three months well wrapped or lasts in the fridge for up to 4 days. Best enjoyed warm.
